Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Naturally Sweetened Go-Go Mixed Berry

12

I’ve tried couple Vitamin water Zero flavors in the past and it was indeed tasty.  You can read about it on the following flavors:  Green Tea, Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate and Lemonade. The other day, I found another flavor and it’s called Go-Go Mixed Berry. I do not know how they came up with the name, but maybe related to Go-Go dancers. Also, it could be joy and happiness. However, the main point of this beverage is to help people to get through the day and it sounds like an energy drink to me.

Taste

There’s a fresh sweet mixed berry scent coming out from the bottle when you open it for the first time. My first reaction after first few sips was, “Cool, it tastes sweet.” However, as you drink more, the sweetness taste fades away and you start to feel the sourness in the drink. The sweetness and sourness of the drink is very well balanced, unlike other flavors where one dominates the other and makes the drink either too sweet or too sour. Also, it’s tasty and refreshing. It feels like you are drinking flavored water after drinking 75% of the beverage. There’s no aftertaste that you would normally find in other drinks.

Nutrition

For health concerns, the go-go is vitamin E plus Ribose and other vitamins include: vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, and B12. The purpose of this drink is supposed to help you to get through the day. The ingredients that they used besides those vitamins mentioned above are: citric acid, reverse osmosis water, natural sweeteners, fruit and vegetable juice, gum acacia, glycerol ester of rosin, etc.

Overall

After trying couple Vitamin Water Zero flavors, this one is by far the best flavor in my opinion. I think there’s one or two more flavors left for me to try.  Let me know what your favorite Vitamin Water Zero flavor is.

I tried and LOVE the Vitamin Water Zero Grape-Raspberry flavor. I had to check the internet to make sure that this water is good for me because it almost tastes too good to be true!

As I am not a big water drinker.. its nice to finally find some type of water that I will drink at least a couple of times a day that doesn’t contain a bunch of calories and sugar.

I love this stuff…! Thanks Glaceau!

Still wondering what the sweetener is. I have had cancer and am trying to avoid certain sweeteners. I love this stuff, but not sure if it’s what I want to be drinking. Would love an answer…

    Thanks,
    Lisa

It’s naturally sweetened with Truvia and fructose.

Put a pitcher of filtered water in your refrigerator with some berries in it or oranges or cucumbers – the fruit gives the water a slight flavor and you don’t have to worry about chemicals in your water.

I used to drink a few vitamin waters daily until they changed them to naturally sweetened. Are there stores that sell VW that’s NOT naturally sweetened? The taste is completely different and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
