Gatorade G Series FIT

Do you workout a lot? Are you a fitness athlete? Not me, but that does not mean you can’t taste the G series FIT drinks. According to Gatorade, “Gatorade’s G Series FIT is specifically designed to help you get the most out of your entire workout, from the first stretch to the final cool down.” Well, the G Series FIT line contains three items: Prime, Perform and Recover. The three items represent three different stages for a workout. Prime is before you start workout, Perform is during your workout and Recover is after your workout. Mainly this G Series FIT line is for those who work out regularly.

As for the taste of G series FIT, the Prime-01 tasted just like your regular Power Bar with the exception of being a little bit softer. The cranberry pistachio flavor that I got for the Prime was very tasty and easy to bite because of the thin wafer cover on both sides of the piece. Also, it was too bad that you could only get 1 to 4 bites before the work out and total there were four pieces in each package. The flavor I got for Perform-02 was Melon Pear and it tasted similar to fruity water drinks. The aroma smelled more like melon with vitamins in it and the melon taste was in there, but the pear flavor was hard to recognize. The Recover-03 flavor I had was Mango Pineapple and the aroma smelled just like a protein drink. Mango was the recognizable flavor in this protein smoothie. I’m not a fan of protein shakes or protein smoothies, but this one tasted pretty good.

Gatprade G series FIT Line

Overall, since I just tried a little and didn’t do the intense work out, I didn’t feel any effects after taking the Gatorade G series FIT. However, all three of them tasted not bad, but I think I will stick with the regular Gatorade drinks since I’m not a fitness fanatic.
