All Natural SoBe Lifewater Macintosh Apple Cherry
Happy Valentine’s Day! For those who are wearing red on Valentine’s Day, why not grab a “Red” drink to show more love? For me, I got this new Sobe Lifewater flavor called Macintosh Apple Cherry from Target and it is as red as it can be. The SoBe Lifewater is a vitamin enhanced water beverage that gives you vitamins, antioxidants and herbal ingredients. It has zero calories and has no artificial sweeteners. It provides delicious unique flavor combinations. Also, it’s naturally refreshing and thrilling according to Sobe.
Even though the bottle design did not change, but the packaging design appears to be clean looking and I like the color choices for the flavor based on its attractiveness. Upon busting the cap, there’s a strong apple aroma coming out from the half twisted bottle with subtle cherry scent. The color of this drink is similar to the color of the Apple and Cherry fruits. The texture is clear, smooth and similar to those vitamin water drinks. For the first couple sips, all you could taste was the apple flavor, not so much about the cherry taste. Also, it wasn’t overly sweetened at all and did not taste like a diet drink which is a big plus. After couple sips, when your mouth processes the sip, you first greeted by the recognizable apple flavor and then ended with vitamin water taste after you swallow down the sip. As you drink more, you could sense the subtle cherry flavor in the drink and felt like you were drinking vitamin water. After you finish half of the bottle, the dominate flavor seems to be the sour apple taste with vitamin water flavor and it’s a pretty unique taste. By the way, it tasted very smooth and pleasant to drink. There’s no aftertaste for this zero calories drink.
The nutrition information for Macintosh Apple Cherry Electrolytes can be found here in detail. The ingredients for this zero calorie drink includes: Flitered Water, Erythritol, Citric Acid, Potassium Lactate, Natural Flavor, Calcium lactate, Black Carrot Juice Concentrate (color), caramel color, REB A (purified stevia extract), Ascorbic Acid (vitamin c), Magnesium Lactate, Niacinamide (vitamin b3), Calcium Pantothenate (vitamin b5), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin b6), sea salt (sodium chloride), Cyanocobalamin (vitamin b12). As you know, this is a zero calories drink and it contains 80mg Potassium, 25mg Sodium and uses Erythritol and Stevia as natural sweetener.
Overall, I love this zero calorie Macintosh Apple Cherry drink because it offered something that’s unique and pleasant to drink. It’s tasted better than the other SoBe Lifewater drinks that I have tried in the past.

I emailed Sobe this week because I haven’t been able to find the Mac Apple water for amost a month anywhere, and they emailed me back saying that they have stopped making it!! So if you do find it in a store, buy all they have because there will not be anymore! (It’s so sad, it’s my absolute favorite).
